Hi
Everyone. Need some suggestion.

I finished my Degree (BSc) from UK and then I flied back home with valid visa. My visa got expired and I came back to UK with new entry clearance with 6 months to do my MSc. As i have left with valid visa and came with new valid visa, I am considered as continuous student.
My MSc has a placement year. After completing 1 year I am now on placement. The company I am working now wants to sponsor me on tier 2.
Now my question is - Do i need to go through RLMT. According to policy guidance exemption criteria it looks like I am exempted but I need some expert opinions.
Please help.
