Tier 2 dependant

Hi all.

My wife and I live in Australia, and I just got offered a job in the UK with a Certificate of Sponsorship.

I can't for the life of me find any information (on the visa4uk website) regarding what forms and documents my wife needs to submit to be granted a dependant visa.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks! That was very helpful! Do you know if we include all our forms together and submit as a single application, or do we have to submit separately?

Also, for evidence of our relationship; Is a marriage certificate enough? Or do they need photos, declarations from friends and family, joint bank accounts...etc?

Separate applications, but possibly in the same envelope.

However, it may be better if she applies after you are granted entry clearance. Then, she will have full rights of appeal. Moreover, if she applies at the same time with you and if you fail, then she will automatically fail.
