rent

Post by richard2011 » Tue Sep 17, 2013 12:17 pm

i have a few options. i have family in france and i am waiting for their reply about giving me temporary accomodation. one thing i don't understand is why is it important to rent out a house if one is going to practice the ss route? if i can prove that i was working in france, then why is rent important?

Neither do I, so you would need to elaborate on the source of this information. I hope you are not reading forums and assuming everything that is discussed is a mandatory requirement.

You need to work. You need to live in the EU state at the same time. You would need to evidence that.

If you are the EU national, only passport can be required (at least according to the directive 2004/38/ec).
