Denmark green card

hello guys,
i applied for green card scheme last year in Jan 2012 and i got refusal on septmeber this month. They asked me for renewal copy of my passport as my passport was expired on Jan 2013. I told them that I can,t send you the renewal copy of my passport bcoz my application is also pending here in UK with UKBA as I applied for Tier 1 entrepreneur in july 2012. My visa was refused by UKBA in May 2013 and i lodged an appeal against their decision. So my hearing was on 12th september and now i am waiting for outcome of appeal. Denish Embassy asked me couple of times about renewal copy of my passport but i gave them same excuses that my passport is held with ukba than denish embassy refused me on 7th august 2013 and gave me appeal right. Can anybody help me in this matter that what should I mention in appeal? what if my appeal not accepted by ukba? does anybody know about denish appeal procedure? My last date for appeal against denish embassy is 3rd october. Your comments on this issue will be highly appriciated.
