Eligibility after 3 years on spouse visa

Post by faisalkhan001 » Wed Sep 18, 2013 1:52 pm

Hi

I just want to get some information about Naturalization application for my wife.
Here are her visa statuses since last three years.

August 2010 Spouse Tier 1
July 2011 Spouse Extension Tier 1
April 2012 FLR M - spouse
July 2013 Indefinite Leave to remain (ILR)

Now my questions is, can she be able to apply British Citizenship now as she has spent 3 years already in this country or she has to wait 1 year after ILR?

Many thanks

If you are British she may be able to apply now, if not, she must wait 12 months after ILR.
