Renew Convention Travel Documents problem

i have waited at least 10 months to renew my travel document, Recently i just received rejection letter saying that i need to provide my original Immigration status letter, I don't have that, been like 7 years since i saw that letter. How can i claim this letter?, i'm so confused, did anyone experience this problem?.. please help

lost my Indefinite Leave to Remain original letter
