HI EVERY ONE

AT THE MOMENT I M ON SPOUSE VISA.MY ILR WAS DUE LAST YEAR BUT I BEEN INVOLVE IN A ROAD ACCIDENT ,THEN I GOT SOME FINE AND 5 PLENTY POINT ON MY LICENCE FROM COURT.BUT WHEN I APPLIED FOR ILR THEY AGAIN SEND ME SPOUSE VISA FOR TWO YEARS..

MY QUESTION IS THIS , CAN ANYBODY TELL ME PLZ SHOULD I APPLY THIS YEAR FOR ILR OR SHOULD I APPLY FOR TWO YEAR EXTION FOR SPENT MY DRIVING LICENCE POINTS?.

PLZ IF YOU ANSWER ME CREARLY AND IN DETAIL THAT WILL BE GREAT

date of court convention was march 2012 but my actuall driving licence point started on 21 january2011

Rizzi,

You will be able to apply for your ILR in Mar-15. Make sure you do not get any more points until then or any other involvement with the law.
