criminality thresholds-Date of Conviction or Date of offance

I am planning to apply for naturalization, i was convicted by court for driving offense. offense occurred on October 2010, driving licence shows date of offance which is above, date of convection Feb 2011 and sentenced date which is March 2011. From which date UKBA 3 years threshold begins.

1) Can i apply in October 2013?
