tier4 student to switch dependent within uk

hi please someone help me.


i am on tier 4 general visa and im studying in level 7 in highly trusted college an my wife also here on separate tier 4 general studying in level 7 in highly trusted college i have 11 month baby born here i just want to know if i can switch visa as a dependent on her the base on rules coming in oct 2013 can someone tell me is my wife have to go university or i can switch in highly trusted college

Hi Deepak, Did you find any wayout for this ..can we directly switch to Tier 4 dependent if we are in Tier4 student ?please advise .....
