ILR - Tier 1 (General) + Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer)

Post by saurabhgupta » Thu Sep 19, 2013 12:21 am

Hi Experts,

I am applying for ILR and I am living in the country from last 5 years. My 5 year break up is:

Tier 1 (general) - 3 years 3 months
Tier 2 (Intra Company Transfer) - 1 year 10 months.

I am confused about what supporting documents I need to produce for Tier 2 period. Quck reply is highly appreciated.

Cheers, Saurabh

Was your Tier 2 (ICT) granted post April 2010 or before?

Read SET(O) under documents and it will tell you what you need to include.

Thanks Amber for your reply. I read the document section but not sure what does "For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules." this mean in section 11 L.

Any advise from anyone is much appreciated.
