applied for Tier-1Enterprenure with Manual form mistake

Post by rickie8989 » Thu Sep 19, 2013 11:00 am

I applied for Tier 1 enterprenure visa on 13th sep 2013.After submiting my file ,I realized that I made a mistake filling in manual form.I havent used 3rd party fund in my case but by mistake I ticked yes in third party fund and also in the next question they asked about whether the third party fund letter is given and I wrote yes in there too.I made such a big mistake and now I am thinking what should I do as I havent used Third party fund at all.
I am going to do homecare business in UK.I have submited business plan and all other necessary documents too. After submitting my File,I tried to email the UK border agency a new manual form by correcting my mistake on 16th sep 2013.I am waiting for their reply. Please share any information or advice related to this topic.Thank you.

If it's only 1 or 2 mistakes, just write a letter with amended forms.

If more mistakes, just fill the whole form again with correct information ... and put a letter on top and post it to the caseworker (with Home Office Reference number mentioned in cover letter)

@ Rickie8989, also send them a copy of the amended form by registered post and keep a copy of the postal receipt for proof that you actually send them a corrected application form.

And also make sure you chase HO with letter, email and phone call to make sure that they pass your further documents to the appropriate team before they decide your case. The reason why I said this is because HO are now very dis-organised and make silly mistakes which cost applicants valuable money, time and stress in pursuing.
The key to success is knowledge and hardwork, and to have faith.
