Are you currently a pbs dependant? Did you husband apply for ILR as a PBS applicant or long residence and when?

Thanks for your reply.
Yes my husband applied for ILR based on PBS. And I'm on his dependent visa (dependent on ILR visa) and now I need to apply for ILR.
I came to UK in August 2011 on Tier-1 (General) dependent visa
From October 2012 my husband got ILR and I got two years extension as dependent on ILR. I couldn't applied for ILR at that time coz I didn't have two years stay in UK.
So I need help to find out actually which form do I need to use to apply for ILR and when can I apply.? Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I already had life in uk test certificate which I gave with my husband last year and I've English knowledge (speaking & listening) grade-2 with distinction. Both exams I gave in October 2012. Can I use same certificates or do I need to give it again? Thanks

You can use the Life in the UK test as it does not expire at it is all that is required for KoLL at the moment (will change on Oct-28 ).

sss123sss The B1 requirement is necessary for anyone applying to settle or naturalise after 28-Oct-2013.
mistry27 There should be an option on SET(O) at the bottom of page 9 - PBS dependant.

I got what it is. As a cohabitation proof I've marriage certificate, council tax document which includes both of us name and tenancy agreement. Other than that we have electricity bill and my husband's bank statements which shows the same address. Is that documents will be fine?

Marriage certificate, spouses's BRP and passport and for every 4 months of the last 2 years, a letter each or one joint from a total of at least 3 different sources. I.e. Council tax, utility and bank statement. Also the last 3 months bank statements and corresponding wage slips.
