Delay in Tier2 Dependant Visa

Hello there,

I am currently in UK and got my family Tier2 ICT Dependant visa applied through VFS,Newdelhi.

Application was made on 14August2013 and revied SMS that application has been sent to UK high commision on 19-August-13.

But till date i.e. 19-Sep-2013 more than a month application status is showing 'In Progress with British High Commission'. I contacted VFS center and got no concrete response on where the visa progress is. One of my colleague too applied family visa much late and has now recieved.

Please help and advise whom i can contact and by when i can recieve the same.
Has anyone facing same delay issues

I am also now on same situation(Sep 2014). Did you receive the visa?
Please could you confirm so that I can have hope on that even though there is a delay.
