PSW to Tier 2 Visa (sponsor) - police caution

Hi ladies/gents,

I'm currently on a PSW visa and I have a job that the employer is going to sponsor me.

However, I received a police caution a couple of weeks ago and I will need to apply for the Tier 2 pretty soon. I tried to look it up on uk border agency website but had no luck. Do you think a police caution will affect my application for switching from PSW to Tier 2?
