ILR granted_PEO Liverpool_19 Sep 2013

Post by milan.1680 » Fri Sep 20, 2013 11:33 am

For the benefits of others (I benefited greatly in preparation of my file by reading multiple post on this forum). Please see my experience of obtaining ILR from Liverpool PEO

HSMP EC stamp: 10/10/2008
First entry as HSMP: 06/11/2008
Extension as Tier 1 (G): 19/09/2011
ILR: 19/09/2013

Appointment time: 09:00 am Liverpool PEO
Arrived: 08:45
Case registered: 09:00
Payment taken: 09:10 (PEO booking made in end of July, with £100 per applicant fees hence had to pay the remaining amount)
Case put on system: 09:20 (Guy doing is was too lazy and taking its time. Did say a thing except give your passport)

Biometric taken: 09:35

Case give to case worker: 09:45 (As Liverpool is a small PEO, I was able to follow the trail of my documents)

Case worker printed letter: 10:20 (didn't know the content but seen her printing something and putting all the documents in the plastic envelope. I was trying not to stare at her all the time but it was difficult not to, to see her reaction while handling the case)

Decision give: 10:30 (all original documents, passport and photocopies of co-hab)

Waiting for the BRP....................

Document submitted

12 payslips
12 bank statements
2 LIUK (mine and my wife)
4 passport size photos
1 letter from employer
8 P60 (from 2006 to 2013)
2 on-line print out of bank statement showing funds available

last two are not a requirement, but given to them to prove that I was financially active.

Co-habitation:
12 different source. I am not going to detail everything but would like to make a comment that the case worker only flicked through them without paying any close attention as she did with payslips, bank statements etc for the point calculation.

Left the Liverpool PEO at 10:30 with big smile and relief.

If you have any question than please ask and i would be happy to help.
