MN1 application update

Application MN1 1 (3) for my 7 year, 6 year and 11 months daughters born in the UK
Docs sent on 17th July 2013
NCS : Brixton
Reached HO on 18th July 2013
Fee debited on 18th July 2013
Ack. letter received on 25th July 2013

Certificates received 19th of September Dated 13th September
Let me tell you one thing as I emailed to HO on 14th September(Saturday) regarding the updated of the applications and I got a reply on 17th September(Tuesday) that “having looking on our records I can confirmed that the decision is not yet been made” So you can understand the efficiency of …………?
