Tier 1 General 2nd Extension - Help needed very urgent Plzzz

Dear All,

I have booked an appointment for my Tier 1 general extension on Oct 8th, I would be carrying the following documents, please suggest/advise are there anyother documents are required? REally Appreciate your help on this.


Category : Tier 1 General Extension with 2 dependants
Employment : Two Companies
Employed(Running payroll on £36K) - 3 months only
Own Limited Company(dividends +Salary)

Documents which i would like to carry

Duly Filled Form + PBS letter.

Company 1 (7K)

Payslips for 3 months
Personal Bank statements
Offer Letter

Own Limited Company (35K)

9 Payslips
9 months personal bank statements
Dividend vouchers
Business Bank Statements
Accountant letter
Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet
Invoice receipts
UTR letter
P60
Copany Incorporation & VAT certificate
Client Invoices
Funds Maintenance letter from the Bank for 90 days.

Dependents

Spouse : Duly filled form + Marriage certificate
Daughter : Duly filled form + Birth Certificate


Are there any other documents which you see im missing ? Do you guys forsee any issues with the documents which i carry? please advise/suggest me as help in this highly appreciated.

That looks correct, probably even more information than required but since you are going to be there in person, should be fine.

Just 2 things,
1. Worth taking printout of pbs calculator summary sheet, to avoid errors by the CW.
2. Worth taking photocopies of all supporting documentation, as they are going to have to do that anyway. So will potentially save you time, if you have this already.

Also worth including contractual agreement with your client for the employment via ltd. company.
