Received a letter saying they not received my document!!

I have sent all my supporting documents out and has been redirected using rm tracking service. Item shown received on 30 th of August. Received letter yesterday saying they have not received it yet. Called ukba, they said they tracked the number but can't confirm they received it. Letter saying if not resenting the supporting documents by 27th of September then this case will be close. What should I do? Help ......

write to the HO enclosing the tracking information that shows receipt of the package.

My information was also redirected....any news on your documents? Concerned as welll.....
