Child benefit as British father not staying in same house

Hello

Please I need your help on the child benefit claim issue.me and my baby's father are not together.he is stayin with his own partner but he wants to claim child benefit for our child and wants my account to be the beneficiary on the form but oes not want to put his address details there as he does not want anything about it going to his house ..

How do we fill the form without it affecting me?
I'm subject to immigration control as I ave an outstanding flr application based on mother of British child in UK.

Like I said in one of my previous posts I have a mum who has ILR how can she claim the benefit? As guardian or ?....
