OCI application - Document Query

Hi

I am applying for a family OCI application using online form for me & my wife.

Do I need to attach copy of marriage certificate ? My original marriage certificate is laminated so will that be acceptable ?

My cancelled India passport has my spouse name on that. Will that work as alternative document for spouse ?
