Hi John

I am applying for my wife's ILR same day service, while me and my two kids are UK Citizen. I am running my own business and receiving WTC/CTC AND CB Nothing else. I am confused SET(M) form is saying your application can be rejected if Secretary of State not satisfy and We are claiming Public funds and same form is asking for detail of claims. What are the chances as I am receiving all benefits mentioned above.

You have nothing to worry about if the claim for Child Benefit is in your name and the tax credits is in joint names as this is prescribed by law.
