Tier 2 General to Tier 2 Dependent

Post by ankydei » Sun Sep 22, 2013 4:56 pm

Hi Guys,

I am here on a tier 2 general visa sponsored by my Company, unfortunately the company is not doing good and I want to change the job or else probably I will be made redundant after some time.
My wife is dependent on me (on Tier 2 dependent visa) and she has got a stable job here in UK, and most probably her company will be able to sponsor her for the tier 2 general visa as a main applicant. Is it possible for me to get the dependent visa on her tier 2 general visa ?. I would then be able to look out for other jobs easily.

Many Thanks!!!
