Yes under the PSW route, you need to show registration as self employed not earlier than 3 months from the date of application.

Rohit Fogla wrote:Hello everyone,

Just called the Home Office today regarding my pending tier 1 entrepreneur (psw) application and they informed me that they have send a royal mail packet (recorded) to me today.

Please can someone give me clarity on how they normally send the approval and refusal letter. they have not contacted me for any interview or further information. The only think they did was send this royal mail packet. I have not received any DX or other courier.

Could you please let me know what it could be please?

Many thanks.

I set up myself as a self employed solicitor. I am a qualified solicitor (corporate lawyer) and nature or business is providing legal services.
