Metropolitan police registration

Hello,

I arrived to UK with tier2 general visa and i have to register with the police in 7 days.
I have to go to Overseas Visitors Records Office (OVRO), Brandon House, 180 Borough High Street, London SE1 1LH.

I wanted to ask someone who already registered with the police there to share an experience.
Are there big queues? When is the best time to do this? Dies this require time or can be done in one hour?
