Urgetn help with T2 (gen) application form pls!

Hi all, need urgent help with 1 question in Tier 2 General application form please. I have a PEO appointment tomorrow and I am completing a paper form. In Section N – English Language, I am using my university degree taught in the UK to claim 10 points. I am confused about last two questions in this section.


Question N12 is ‘Have you confirmed in the self assessment tool that your qualification may meet the English language requirement?’


· But if I select ‘YES’ – the form says to go to next section which is maintenance.


· If I select ‘NO’ – the form says to go to next question (N13).


Question N13 is ‘Do you wish to use this qualification for the English language requirement?


· Answer options are ‘YES’ or ‘NO’


I am really confused, I select ‘YES’ for question N12 then application form is not allowing me to claim points by selecting ‘YES’ in question N13. And If I don’t select ‘YES’ for question N12 then how am I going to confirm that my qualification is eligible to meet the English language requirement?


I would really appreciate if someone can help me urgently.

They cannot compel you to use the online self-assessment tool, so it is your choice how you complete the form:

either tick YES at N12 and go to the next section
OR
tick NO at N12 and YES at N13.
