Need advise for mn1 form

Need advise for mn1 form

Hi there,

I will apply the 3.2 citizenship for my son. He is new born baby and born in Japan. He is in Japan now.
On the mn1 form section1 personal information
1.2: Immigration and nationality Directorate or border and immigration agency or uk border agency reference number.

I don't know what is this means because my son just we born in Japan and never in uk.

Shall I just leave blank in this section for my case.
