Spouse visa to ILR

Hi all,
I was on tier1 general visa and got married with British girl in 2011, wedding registration was done in December 2011. But I switched to spouse visa in July 2012. My visa is going to expire in July 2014. Do I have to wait till visa expired to go for ILR or I can apply in December 2013 as our two years marriage life will be completed in December 2013. Can someone help me Out plz?

No you can apply within 28 days of ur visa expiry it doesnt matter how long ago u were married.
