Tier 2-ICT Dependent Visa Denied:HSBC not stamping statement

Post by pulak_dalela » Mon Sep 23, 2013 5:27 pm

Hi,

I recently applied for my wife dependent visa and it was rejected with reason:Statement provided has not been authenticated by bank as it is duplicate statement rather than original

All this happen because I requested HSBC to send me last three month statement and they put "Duplicate Statement" word on it. This confused the case worker.

Now HSBC is not stamping/authenticating those statement and all the staff have same statement: it is against policy to stamp or authenticate any statement.
They are not even ready to give this policy in writing.
:x

I am very much frustrated with HSBC staff behaviour. Please help me.

Let me know which branch of HSBC can stamp or authenticate statement?
If not..Only option I have to wait for three month. Collect all the monthly statements and then apply for vusa
:(

I will for sure change my bank now
