Switching from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 general

Dear All,

This is to know whether I am eligible for work in UK by changing my visa from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 General.

Present status:

1. Came onsite from a leading company in India to UK.
2. The present visa is Tier 2 ICT. Expire in 2014 Feb end
VISA TIER 2 LONG TERM STAFF MIGRANT (typed in visa page)

3. There is a sponsor ready to give COS
4. I want to know is there any cooling period for me to switch from Tier 2 ICT to general
5. History.
- Came in 2012 April - 2012 May and 2012 November to December in business visa

6. Is there any option to come back to UK with a new visa?
