Tier1 exten or ILR ?

I have got a question regarding the just over the initial 90 days for UK entry clearance.

Here are my visa details.

Visa category: Tier1 general
Visa issue date : 07/10/2010
Entry of clearance : 08/01/2011

I have got extension on 07/10/2012 and valid till 07/10/2015.

I have got job offer in UK and joining date was on 10/01/2011 and offered on dec 20/12/2010.

I have crossed the entry of clearance over 2 days ie arrived on 93 day in UK.

can i apply for ILR in this case??

valuable inputs are much appreciated!!!

you will need 2nd extension before you apply for ILR....
