Sworn affidavit for Uk born baby OCI Card

Hi,

Please somebody help us, Does we need sworn affidavit( my son never ever have Indian passport) for oci card as my son born in U.K as we going to apply next week. Myself I have oci card and my wife have Indian passport.

Hello,

Yes you will require a notarised affidavit for declaring your child, minor has never had Indian citizenship/passport etc. Search this forum for this topic. In case you need a template for the affidavit PM me with your email address.
