ILR 2013

Post by ILR2013VA » Tue Sep 24, 2013 10:19 am

Hi All,
I am a silent follower of this forum, now its my turn .
Need your advice on my ILR due in November.

I entered in UK under Tier 2 General and later changed to Tier 1 with in a year.

I had a single absence of 112 days under Tier 1 and it is coming under 140 days in that particular calender year. Total number of absences are 310.

No 180 days absence in any calender year.

During my long absence 112 days, I worked in overseas for 90 days and remaining days in India.

Do I need to submit any proof of document for this absence?
or
Don't need any proof as I am under Tier 1?

What documents do you suggest to submit?

No salary paid in UK during this time .

Please help.

Thanks
Venky
