General Visitor Visa - Documents for In-laws - URGENT

Hi , I am on Tier 1 General . Im applying for General Visitor Visa for mt in-laws.

My in-laws are travelling together. They have 2 application forms. 1 application form each.

My question is : Will one set of documents sufficient for both of them?
