Best time for OCI Collection?

Is there any advantage in going very early to hand in your British Passport for OCI collection? I was thinking of going around 10am.

definitely no advantage rather you'll waste time at the queue. better arrive bit late - 10/10.30/11am ish - when the queue will die down. you can submit passport anytime before 1200hrs
