Hi I have a question pls help me if anybody knows
Can I invest money while I'm on Tier 5 (youth mobility) visa, and go back to home country to apply for tier 1 entrepreneur visa?

Define what you mean by invest? You can become a director of a business on your current status and then use that investment to apply for tier 1 (Ent) within 12 months.

I applied for Tier 1 200k cat in June and still waiting but my Tier5 ends in November. So before that can I ask UKBA to send back my passport without withdrawing my application and go back to UK and buy the business and be a director(wanted to buy convenience store) and come back and send them all the documents? Because I made an agreement with an owner of that store that I going to buy but it's too late and if I don't he will sell it to someone else. I don't want to loose.

Is there anybody waiting more than 4 months from outside UK?

Your current leave will remain valid, even beyond its expiry date, if you have an application with the UKBA. If you leave the UK you will void that application. Applications made outside the UK are not necessarily quicker than applications made inside the UK.
