I work in a gym in the UK and company provides free NVQ training for personal trainer funded by govt. I applied for it but the training agency came back to me and said your visa says "No employment as a professional sportsperson (including as a sports coach)" means am
Not eligible. I told him its only for sports person and am not . He now wants a proof or a write up etc which says I don't fall into this category of sports Person and I will be then eligible . tried googling a lot but cudnt get it . Pls help.
