ILR Complaint Against Home Office

Post by saqib_26 » Wed Sep 25, 2013 11:13 am

I applied for ILR on 28th Feb 2013 on window Croydon

Case worker asked me for more documents about self Employment i sent back all document within 14 days.

Seven months have been passed now and no answer from home office has been received. My MP also wrote a letter one month ago and even though home office did not give him a reply.

Today ( 25-09-2013) I called home office, they informed me that still my application is not complete.

The home office Inquiry officer advised or suggested me to lodge a complaint against home office via e-mail.
My query is that

If i send complaint to home office or home secretary via e-mail about this delay .will it effect my application or not.

Can i just check yor grammar? Effect meaning expedite, perhaps. However, if you mean affect in a prejudicial sense, the answer is no.
