Regarding Cooling off period (T2 ICT)

Hi,

Need your kind help in understanding cooling off period policy.

My details are as below.

I had T2 ICT visa from 13/05/2010 to 23/05/2012. Then I got an extension of 6 months till 07/12/2012. I returned on visa expiry.

Now as on today (25/09/2013), I am required to apply T2 ICT short term(less than 2months), But visa team suggest I need to wait till Dec, 13.

I am with the same employer all along.

Could you please guide me.

unfortunately you have to wait for the cooling-off period to end in December before you can apply (unless your salary will be £152,100 or higher).
