Benefit on Sponsorship ILR

My parents elderly disable, who is with ILR status through the sponsorship declaration from my British national brother who is no longer able or willing to help them; Parent is receiving higher rate attendance allowance with disability element. Can you please help me out in this circumstances, if my father can get (a) Pension Credit (b) housing benefit or any other benefit.
