My Visa extension

Hello

I'm 18years old and I came in to the UK from Zimbabwe in December last year, as a dependant of a migrant worker under PBS, tier 2. My visa is due to expire on the 4th of October and am hoping to extend my stay before then. Problem is I do not know which form to use for my application. My mother is the main applicant and her application for indefinite leave to remain Is IN process.
