Proof of relationship documents checklist

Hi,

I am applying for an unmarried partner visa and I want to double check to see if the following documents are enough to provide a genuine relationship akin to marriage: (we have lived together for over 3 years and the following documents cover the 3 years)
Joint Tenancy Agreement
Joint Bank Account Statements (6 Months)
Home Insuarance Policy (Joint)
Current Council Tax Letter (Joint)
Personal Bank Statements (2 Years)
NHS Letters
HMRC Letters
British Gas and United Utilities Bills
Letter from UKBA
Holiday Confirmation Email
A couple of photos

Is that enough to prove our relationship is genuine and akin to marriage?
Any help is much appreciated.
