My wife will be applying for tier 2 in october but she currently is my PSW dependent and already working at the same position. Her job started in Aug, now the Cos the employer gave has the start date of Aug 2013 thats when the contract started and she is on that job already. Would that create any problems?
Someone mentioned the start date should be in future but what should we do in my wife's application?
