Appeal Hearing

Post by appeal786 » Fri Sep 27, 2013 6:13 pm

Me n my team member have appeal hearing on 23rd October in London.
Refusal reasons
1- no access to 50k on any one date. our statements were different dates BUT we still have continues 25/25 available in our separate accounts.
2- contract was not signed by both team members. my team member and client signed the contract but i didn't.
3-no consent letter to show the funds available to each other... we did send the letter typed on our company headed paper that our funds will be available to each other and we both signed that letter but not signed by solicitor.
please help how to argue on them and how to get current judgments of entrepreneur allowed appeals. my solicitor wants us to open joint account.
shall we open a joint account and transfer 50k in it to prove the funds available to both of us?
Hope you all will take a little time to help me. Thanks

Right!!

Am going to do a quick one here. I hope don't miss any question out.

Your solicitor wants you to open a joint account so, have you opened it? I am sure you have. You should have the money in a joint account and get letter from the bank.

Get a new contract signed by both team member and the client just incase your solicitor needs to show it court and leave the rest for your solicitor to his job.

I wish you good luck.
