what to do first

HI.
please give me some suggestions regarding immigration issues, i.e 3 months stamp endorsed on my passport in airport as I am a spouse of eu citizen.
I was told by garda in airport that I should go to immigration office at burgs quay. Did anyone go through this and what documents they require.
I was also told to go to burgs quay with my eu children and eu wife.
any advise will be appricieted.

You need to submit this first and wait for them to get back to you before you go to INIS. Note that your EU spouse must be working, a student, or clearly self-suficient for you to get this type of residence card (if not, the maximum period you can stay in Ireland due to your relationship is 3 months).

reffering to work, as far as I was told my eu spouse has to have 2 payslips at least in order to get me residence card. is it true or she must be working continuously within 6 months?

The only condition is that she must have started working at the time of your application. You can apply even if she has only been working for a week. But yes as you saw they ask for payslips and tax forms that she can't have after a week. In that case you can send the application anyway with a comply of her work contract and a letter to explain the she don't have the other documents yet. If those are the only missing documents and there is a clear proof that she is working, they should take your application anyway and ask you to provide the payslips as soon as you have them.
