as a part of 50,000 P.S.W route an applicant is required to provide a contract along other requirements to show a trading activity for IT firms or company providing services to same clients for long a contract can be produced to show a trading activity as most of applicants do.
but in a scenario where service provider is a center which offer short courses to individuals as an individual comes in fill in out an application form pays the fee attends the training or teaching session and gets the certificate is the procedure run at this center.

the point that I want to take you guys opinion on is the middle document between a company and individual is an application form an applicant fills out as an application form would have terms and condition, the nature of service being provided and every each requirement border agency stipulates in their policy as this business does not do contracts to other centers or businesses but individuals and again to show a trading activity is application form filled in and signed by prospective student as every business has its own nature or way of doings.
I have been asked to say something on it as hearing date to this case is in near future and single objection as an application form is not acceptable in place to contract is what UKBA said. keeping in mind a contract does not need to say it is a contract its the terms and condition make it contract.


what the possible arguments on it I call upon you guys as I have seen people on here with an extra mental approach

Is there anything mentioned in Guidance that says you cant do a business with other business?

...every each requirement border agency stipulates in their policy as this business does not do contracts to other centers or businesses ..............but individuals.... and again to show a trading activity is application form filled in and signed by prospective student as every business has its own nature or way of doings.
