Advice needed pls

Post by tei123 » Sat Sep 28, 2013 11:12 am

i have been refused with no right of appeal,i applied based on my british wife...i think the only reason why i was refused was because i was an overstayer at the time of my application.my wife meets all the requirements
in terms of the suitability and financial requirements

i would be meeting my solicitor on tuesday to see the way forward,my question is would it be worth while going for JR because i submitted more than 2yrs cohabitation ,pay slips of my wife etc etc or i would be better of returning back to my home country to re apply a spouse visa there....would my overstaying go against me?
