visa applied: 23rd August, 2013
Biometric Letter received: 28th August, 2013
Biometric Done: 2nd Sep, 2013
Visa Received: 26th Sep, 2013

less people believe but talking for a fact that anyone who has not lived in UK for 7 years gets visa without being refused and appeal.
I hope you are not one of those and have lived in for 7 years or longer..

sorry man, was here for 2 years then got PSW and left UK. Come back again after one and half year and applied for this visa and accepted ...

so am I right to say you would invest 50,000 by the end of your current leave as a part of your via requirement to have it extended?
