hi,
i am on tire 1(general ) visa in UK and my visa is going to expire on 2016. then i have to apply for indefinite .
i have good income about 35000 to 40000 per year.

can i call my parents ( mom and dad) they are alone and also ill above 60 now .

i want to call then now just need advise what should i do .
i will be thankful to you .

Do you mean visit? That is possible. If , however, you mean settle, that will not be possible now and even in the future if you are granted ILR.

some one told me when u have ILR then u can call ur parents on medical circumstances permanent in uk .

but my question is can i call them now i still have 3 years to go for ILR .

they depend on me i send them money and they also they very ill .

is it possible .?

And before you decide to settle in the UK, effectively leaving them behind and that being entirely your choice, you should study the UK immigration rules and reflect on the merit of such choices. Their illness does not matter; it's not a factor unless there is no local care available. If they need specific care and it is available in their location, they will be expected to remain there rather than go to the UK. You can pay for local home and or specific medical care by remitting money to them in their location.
