Hi I am after some advice please. My husband was refused a family visit visa so I went for an appeal and we won it granting my husband a 6 month visit visa and now we have been refused for a second time when my husband never violented any of the immigration rules whilst he was here.My husband was here in April this year on a family visit visa he stayed for 3 months then returned back to Nigeria. I am 6 months pregnant and have some medical conditions. My husband has just applied for renewal of family visit visa was refused. He was refused by the ECO he had been here previously for 3 months, and who would be looking after his business, the ECO also said that he might change his immigration status whilst he is in the U.K. ECO also said who was going to look after me and the children when he is departing. I am aware that they have done away with family visitor rights of appeal so can I appeal against the ECO decision under ECHR Article 8?
