Documents for Wife's visa extension

Hi,
I will get my ILR approved on 30/09/2013.
My wife has not completed 2 years in the UK, so I need to extend her visa.
What all Documents Do I need to apply for her visa extension?
What visa should I apply for (is it spouse visa; if so which document do I need?)
